Our Team

Ms. Cheryl Brunelle Kruger

Credentials:

Cheryl Kruger has teamed with Mark Kruger to launch Converged Solutions and Services. As President of the organization, Cheryl holds the responsibility of developing the company's business strategy, guiding the customer advocacy staff, and building a team of highly experienced telecommunications sales professionals. Cheryl will also be hands-on by establishing long-term relationships with customers, vendors and strategic partners.

Prior to CSS, Cheryl worked at Integrated Technology Services, Inc, a leading telecommunications provider in the Miami area. From 2001-2002 Cheryl managed installation projects by providing support to technicians while completing training for customers during and after the installations process. From 2002-2004 Cheryl moved to the management of the accounting department as she developed the procedures for customer billing and accounts payables. She completed the invoicing for large installations and managed the billing of customer maintenance contracts.

From 1998-2000, Cheryl worked at Teledata Concepts in Boca Raton. During her tenure with the organization Cheryl oversaw the collections of outstanding accounts. At the start of her work at the company many of the customer accounts receivables were outstanding. At the time of her departure from the organization all accounts were within the 30-60 days receivable having collected over 65% of outstanding customer debt. She accomplished this by a hands-on approach to the service process by contacting customers at the completion of projects to assist the customer service managers in maintaining a satisfied customer base.

Mr. Mark R Kruger

Mark Kruger Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Converged Solutions and Services (CSS) Mark Kruger is Florida's leading telecommunications entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience. He recently launched his fourth company, Converged Solutions and Services. As the founder of the organization, Mark holds responsibility for growing the company, developing strategic plans, and providing guidance to his team of telecom and data professionals. Mark will also be hands on through establishing long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and strategic business partners.

Prior to CSS, Mark created Integrated Technology Services, Inc, a leading telecommunications provider in the Miami area. From 2000 to 2004 Mark managed a team of engineers that installed a number of state-of-the-art voice and data networks. He also successfully developed the sales, service and installation division for voice centric products that included key systems, PBXs, Voicemail, Automatic Call Distribution and advanced Voice over IP applications.

From 1990 to 2000, Mark created Teledata Concepts in Boca Raton. During his tenure with the company, Mark oversaw installations of voice networks that included general business applications and call centers. He successfully opened 2 branch sales offices and provided consistent sales revenue to achieve targets and goals for an annualized growth of 30% or more over a 5-year period.
